How do I create an account on eXus Trans?

Can I use eXus Trans as a private person?

Yes. A transport order can be edited as long as no agreement has been finalized in the offer chat. Once an offer has been agreed and confirmed by both parties, any changes must be negotiated in the offer chat and accepted by the other party.

Yes. A transport order can be cancelled before an agreement has been finalized in the offer chat. Once an offer has been agreed and confirmed by both parties, cancellation may result in financial or legal obligations depending on the agreed terms.

Can I receive multiple offers for one transport order?

Yes. Multiple carriers may submit offers for the same transport order. You can review the offers and choose the one that best matches your needs.

How do I find carriers?

You can browse available carriers and filter them by location, destination, vehicle type, category, make, model, or driver name to find suitable transport options.

How do I offer my transport order to a carrier?

After posting a transport order and finding a suitable carrier, open the carrier page, click the Offer button, and select the order you want to offer. A dedicated offer page will then be created for communication and negotiation.

Can I track the vehicle location and the status of my transport order?

Yes. Depending on the driver and vehicle updates, you may be able to see the vehicle location and the current transport status during the delivery process.

How do I find transport orders?

Log in to your transport company account and browse the Transport Orders section. You can use filters such as location, cargo type, price, category, or destination to find suitable transport jobs.

Can I list multiple vehicles?

Yes. You can add multiple vehicles in your account and assign drivers to them. Providing complete and accurate vehicle information improves matching results.

How do I offer a vehicle for a transport order?

Open a suitable transport order, click the Offer button, and select the vehicle you want to offer. A dedicated offer page will be created where both parties can communicate and negotiate the details.

Should carriers wait for payment before unloading cargo?

If payment has not yet been confirmed, carriers are advised to request payment before unloading the cargo, especially when working with a new customer or when payment security is uncertain.

Who is responsible for the cargo during transport?

The carrier providing the transport service is responsible for the cargo during transport in accordance with the agreed terms and the applicable transport rules.

Can a carrier withdraw an offer?

Yes. A carrier may withdraw an offer before a final agreement has been confirmed in the offer chat. After confirmation, both parties are expected to respect the agreed terms.

How is a driver account created on eXus Trans?

When a transport company adds a vehicle to its profile, a driver account for that vehicle can be created automatically. The transport company can then provide the driver with the login code and password.

What can a driver do on eXus Trans?

A driver can search for transport orders, update the vehicle location and status, submit offers for transport orders, accept offers, and manage activity related to the assigned vehicle.

What services are not available to drivers?

Drivers do not manage company invoicing, company payments, or company profile administration. These actions remain under the transport company account.

What happens after an offer is created?

A dedicated offer page is created for the parties involved. This page includes a chat, agreement details, and payment-related actions where applicable.

Who is responsible for payment between users?

Payment responsibility lies between the customer who creates the transport order and the carrier who provides the transport service. eXus Trans acts as a platform connecting users and does not act as the transport provider.

What happens when an offer is accepted or declined?

If an offer is declined, the offer process ends for that proposal. If the offer terms are agreed and confirmed by both parties, the transport agreement becomes binding and both parties are expected to fulfill their obligations.

How do I pay for a transport order?

Use the payment button on the offer page when payment is required through the platform. Once payment is completed, the order can be marked as paid.

How can carriers reduce the risk of non-payment?

If the customer is unknown or payment security is uncertain, carriers are advised to secure payment before unloading the cargo. The offer page and chat can be used to clarify payment conditions.

How are additional transport costs handled?

Additional costs such as tolls, ferry fees, waiting time, customs costs, or other agreed transport expenses can be added in the offer chat. These costs must be accepted before they become part of the agreement.

How long is an offer valid?

An offer is generally valid until it is declined, withdrawn, replaced by a new agreement, or otherwise closed by the parties involved.

What should I do after delivery is completed?

After the cargo has been delivered and all agreed conditions have been fulfilled, the offer can be marked as completed. The completed offer is then stored for administrative and invoicing purposes.

How and when are invoices generated?

Can private persons receive invoices?
